APRIL 2021 – The Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2021 appropriated $1 billion national infrastructure investments. As with previous rounds, funds for FY 2021 RAISE grants will be awarded on a competitive basis for projects that will have a significant local or regional impact. West Florissant Avenue Great Streets Project has the potential to transform the corridor, and St. Louis County Department of Transportation will be applying for the RAISE 2021 funds to help move the project into its final design phase and construction.
